About Me

My name's Dan and I'm like you.... I've been through the challenges of finding a new role and it can be incredibly tough. Back in 2020 during the COVID pandemic, I decided I wanted to make a difference to people looking for a new role. I spent time researching the best techniques across the world for CV writing, completed various courses and became a certified CV writer after a very challenging exam with the British Association of CV Writers. 

I've had the experience of working within senior leadership positions with some of the UK's largest brands, including recruiting for multiple positions from entry level to senior operational roles. I use this experience to not only write high level CV's, but to also add in my own perspective as a recruiter to ensure you stand the best possible chance of being noticed. 

I'm also a proud father of 2, and I also have the same concerns with the job market for young people as many parents do. That is one of my underlying motivations for starting Walsh Consulting, to make a significant difference to people in one of the hardest changes in life. Starting or transitioning a career can be difficult, but with my support I can help you to make it a lot easier. I don't limit amendments to CV's, I also don't lock the CV's I create as I want my clients to be 100% happy and be set up for the future. 

During my career I have been privileged to have been named manager of the year from 550 other employee's at BT/EE and been awarded a Global Recognition Award for the 1st year Walsh Consulting started, being rated top 25 on Trustpilot within 12 months of launching with 100% positive reviews.
